The core RF antenna R&D team is proficient in antenna electromagnetic simulation, frequency band matching, radiation structure optimization and impedance debugging. It is proficient in using CAD and 3D simulation software, and can independently complete the scheme design and structure development of built-in FPC antenna, glue stick antenna, suction cup antenna and special-shaped customized antenna. The engineering drawings, structural explosion diagrams and simulation data diagrams that can be displayed can accurately meet the antenna adaptation requirements of various equipment.
Equipped with professional antenna testing equipment such as vector network analyzers and signal shielding boxes, we conduct full performance tests on all finished antennas, including frequency band test, gain test, VSWR test, impedance test, signal radiation test, high and low temperature aging test and waterproof and dustproof test, to ensure stable antenna performance in complex application scenarios.
We implement full-process QC quality management for antenna production, including incoming material inspection, welding process inspection, semi-finished product debugging inspection and finished product full inspection. All unqualified products are strictly isolated and reworked. We strictly control defective rates from the source to ensure that customers receive high-qualified and zero-defect antenna products.
