Shenzhen Qianmu Communication Technology Co., Ltd. releases custom LDS (Laser Direct Structuring) 3D antenna development and mass production service. LDS technology forms antenna traces directly on molded plastic supports or housings by laser activation and metallization. It breaks the 2D layout limit of conventional FPC and stamped metal antennas, enabling antenna routing along curved surfaces, corners and irregular spaces for ultra-compact devices.

Our LDS antennas support multi-band requirements including 2.4G/5G/Wi‑Fi7, BLE, GNSS, Sub‑6G 5G and UWB, available for single-band, multi-band combo and MIMO designs. Compared with traditional internal antennas, LDS antennas are integrated monolithic structures, removing adhesive bonding and manual mounting steps. It reduces assembly tolerance and peeling risks while saving PCB space. Typical applications include smart watches, TWS earbuds, medical wearables, automotive T-box, asset tracking tags and mini gateways.

We deliver a full workflow: RF simulation, 3D mechanical co-design, LDS tooling, laser prototype, anechoic chamber RF testing, reliability validation and mass manufacturing. Full test reports for VSWR, gain, radiation pattern and isolation are available. NDA is offered for confidential new projects. Send us your 3D housing drawing for evaluation.
