We can provide samples, and sample fees will be charged.
What is your MOQ?
Standard antennas have a low MOQ, and we accept small orders for in-stock items. The MOQ for customized products is 500 pieces, which can be further negotiated.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are an integrated manufacturer combining R&D and production.
How long is your delivery time?
For customized antennas, we will confirm the delivery lead time in advance. The general production cycle is around 15 days.
How many production lines in your factory?
We have 6 production lines and a team of 80 permanent employees.
What devices or scenarios are your antennas suitable for?
Our antennas are compatible with routers, surveillance cameras, wireless network cards, IoT modules, walkie-talkies, base stations and other devices. They are widely used for home networking, outdoor security, factory IoT, vehicle-mounted wireless communication and remote signal amplification. Different models are designed for different application environments.
What are the differences between indoor and outdoor antennas? How to choose?
Indoor antennas feature compact size and attractive appearance, with limited waterproof and dustproof performance, ideal for homes and offices. Outdoor antennas are treated with waterproof, lightning protection and high & low temperature resistance, so they can work normally in all weather conditions. Outdoor models are recommended for outdoor monitoring, rooftop networking and long-distance transmission.
What are the differences between antennas with different gains? Is higher gain always better?
Gain refers to the signal amplification capability. Higher gain enables longer transmission distance, yet comes with a narrower signal coverage angle. Low-gain antennas are suitable for short-distance indoor use at home, while high-gain ones are preferred for long-distance, wall-penetrating and outdoor transmission. You may choose according to your actual needs.
Do your antennas support 2.4G and 5G dual-band?
We have single-band and dual-band options. Dual-band antennas support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, matching dual-band routers and wireless devices. Single-band antennas work with only one frequency band and offer better cost performance.
How is the wall-penetrating performance of the antenna?
Antennas boost signal receiving and transmitting. Walls, metal doors and load-bearing walls will block signals. Compared with original short antennas, our external antennas deliver much better wall penetration and wider coverage. High-gain models are recommended for multi-storey buildings.
Do you offer wholesale prices for large orders? Can you do customization?
We welcome bulk purchases. The unit price will be more favorable for larger orders. We can customize interfaces, cable lengths, appearances, frequency bands and logos to meet the demands of engineering projects and brand OEM orders.
Do you have samples available? Can we get samples for testing first?
Sample orders are available. Samples are charged at retail price, and the price will be adjusted accordingly after you place bulk orders. You may conduct tests first before mass procurement.
Can you provide a complete wireless signal solution?
Yes. We can provide complete solutions including antennas, feeder cables and accessories based on your site distance, number of installation points and operating environment, together with professional installation suggestions.
Are your products compliant with environmental protection standards?
All our products comply with environmental standards, and we can provide RoHS and REACH reports.
What types of antennas do you mainly produce?
We mainly produce 4G/5G antennas, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antennas, GNSS/GPS/Beidou antennas, suction cup antennas, built-in antennas and IoT antennas.
Can you provide antenna test reports?
Yes. We can provide official antenna test reports for all standard products.
Can you design and produce products according to our drawings?
Our professional R&D team can develop and manufacture products in accordance with your drawings and requirements.
