Full-process QC quality control system: rigorous checks at every stage from raw materials to finished products

To ensure that every antenna delivered can operate stably in complex application scenarios, Qianmu Communication has implemented a strict QC quality control system throughout the entire production process of antennas. This system covers every critical step from raw material selection to the final product's release:

Strict incoming material inspection: Conduct rigorous factory inspection on all wire materials, joints, and shell accessories to prevent any defects at the source.

Process inspection: During the production process, for key procedures such as welding and assembly, conduct frequent inspections to ensure the accuracy of the process.

Inspection of semi-finished products and finished products: Conduct strict quality checks on semi-finished products, and perform 100% comprehensive performance tests on all finished products to ensure the uniformity and stability of the performance of each batch of antennas.

Professional testing environment: Verifying performance through data validation

Qianmu Communication is equipped with professional antenna testing equipment such as vector network analyzers, signal shielding boxes, and high/low temperature test chambers. It has also established an industry-leading testing system. All finished antennas must pass a series of rigorous tests including standing wave ratio, gain, impedance matching, signal radiation, high/low temperature aging, and waterproof/dustproof before leaving the factory, to ensure their adaptability and reliability in various complex working conditions such as outdoor, industrial, and vehicle applications.

Passive and active testing: We use network analyzers such as Agilent E5071B and ETS anechoic chamber system to precisely test the antenna's gain (Gain), efficiency (Efficiency), VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio), and direction pattern. We also simulate the real environment with a comprehensive tester to verify the antenna's transmit power (TRP) and receive sensitivity (TIS), ensuring that its signal transmission and reception capabilities reach the optimal level.

Environmental and reliability testing: For special application scenarios such as in vehicles and outdoors, we also conduct high and low temperature shock, salt spray corrosion, and waterproof and dustproof tests on the antenna to verify its structural stability and signal consistency under extreme environmental conditions.
