The 2G/3G/4G LTE antenna is a lightweight, flexible and bendable built-in full-band cellular communication antenna. Unlike the common surface mount antenna, this product uses FPC flexible circuit board + coaxial direct soldering process. The antenna is light, thin, soft and can fit freely into the curved surface and narrow slot space inside the device. It supports 2G GSM, 3G WCDMA and 4G LTE multi-network signal transmission and reception. Principle of operation

This 2G/3G/4G LTE antenna FPC welded coaxial antenna works based on the radio frequency principle of flexible microstrip oscillator array and transmits signals with coaxial shielded feeders. It is divided into three parts: signal radiation layer, insulating substrate layer, and shielded transmission layer. The working logic is stable and efficient:

• Rf radiation principle: FPC board surface precisely etches multi-band oscillator lines, precisely matches 2G/3G/4G full band resonance points, no band dead zones, measured full band standing wave ratio is stable ≤1.5, signal reflection loss is extremely low.

• Advantages of welded transmission: The coaxial line and the FPC oscillator plate are formed in one piece by high-temperature tin soldering. Installation and Usage Guide

This FPC antenna is built-in embedded installation, easy to operate, suitable for mass production assembly, and does not require professional debugging. The steps are as follows:

1. Location selection: Choose an open area inside the device, away from the motherboard chip, power supply, and metal casing to avoid signal blocking and interference.

2. Fit and fix: The back of the antenna comes with high-strength 3M adhesive. After cleaning the dust and oil stains on the inner wall of the device, fit it flat and firmly, and bend it as needed to fit the curved surface of the device.

3. Interface docking: Precisely connect the IPEX/SMA interface at the rear to the device module antenna socket and gently fasten it to avoid violent pulling of the wire.

4. Wire organization: Excess wires should be neatly stored to avoid squeezing, bending or dead folds, and to prevent damage to the shielding layer that may affect the signal.

5. Power-on test: After assembly is completed, power on and connect to the network to test that all 2G/3G/4G network signals receive normally, and then mass production is possible.
